當初會知道這首歌，是因為在 Spotify 上面把他們的 Affection 加到歌單中，但是在隨機播放的時候，卻怎麼都播不到 Affection，但就出現這首本來並不熟悉的 John Wayne。後來才發現，原來是一開始就加錯歌，從此就聽了無數次 John Wayne。很喜歡歌詞裡的他，簡單來說就是個痴線佬，看到自己的影子。
後知後覺，自從得知 CAS 要來今年的 Clockenflap 才認識他們，可惜時間不合，無緣看現場演出。早幾個月把爸爸留著的 Bang & Olufsen 唱盤的唱針弄壞，年代久遠的零件難找，書櫃裡的黑膠只好休息一陣子；但是認識 CAS 後，覺得沒有一隊樂隊的歌比他們更適合在唱盤裡播放了，只是維修費真的好貴唷...
